This paper dwells on the issue of responsibility in automated administrative decisions. From this perspective, on the one hand, the participation of the administrative official is considered as necessary – even simply in terms of supervision and control – in the case of procedural activities executed by software and, on the other hand, it is necessary to question the possibility of resorting to the organic theory to face decisions’ attribution problems is explored.
